My Story

I Was Once a Box-Ticking Corporate Exec

I spent a decade climbing the corporate ladder—until I realized it was leaning against the wrong wall.

Sprinting between airports, boardrooms, and conference stages, I was the ambitious woman breaking glass ceilings in a male-dominated industry. But behind the scenes? I was overworked, unfulfilled, and following outdated rules that didn’t align with my values.

Then 2020 happened.

The events of that year made me realize I wasn’t alone. Nearly everyone I knew—executives, managers, rising stars—was burnt out and frustrated. It wasn’t just me. The way we’d been working wasn’t working.

I left my job to make yours better.

I knew that thriving in a post-pandemic world would require major changes—not just for me, but for organizations everywhere.

So I left the corporate world to help leaders and organizations build workplaces where people actually want to work—more inclusive, innovative, and human.

Now, I write, speak, and advise organizations on building cultures that drive engagement and business success. I combine data-driven insights with the voice of the workforce to redesign how companies operate in a rapidly changing world.

Because when people thrive, business thrives too.

Beyond the 9-to-5: The Human Behind the Mission

Work is more than just what we do—it’s how we grow, connect, and find meaning. But outside of work, I’m just as passionate about learning, exploring, and experiencing the world in new ways. Here’s a glimpse into what drives me beyond my mission.

  • Data drives me. I don’t just talk about the future of work—I research it, analyze it, and help organizations act on it. My academic adventures include Yale University (BA), Sciences-Po Paris (MSc), London School of Economics (MSc), and a stint at the University of Copenhagen.

  • From the Jersey Shore (yes, that one) to Miami, London, and Paris, I thrive on immersing myself in new environments.

  • From politics and tech to research and commercial real estate, I’ve dabbled in a little bit of everything—including making a mean margherita pizza.

  • Raised bilingual in English and Spanish, I later took on French, Portuguese, and most recently, Italian (Grazie, Duolingo). I’m Still deciding what’s next..."
